但我們還是可以用愛跳舞、愛運動的心，
增加生活的樂趣。
除了有熱情的《Zumba®》，
我們依然有臺灣區講師Zoro阿本老師，
屏東最美的Tjukadr裘卡爾老師，
還有姐弟聯手，雙師資更帶來不同的享受。
愛跳舞的你，接下來除了《爵士Jazz》以外，
更加開了喜得Sid老師的《肢體開發Body Isolation 》，
讓你發現身體更多的可能。
《療癒瑜伽Yoga》在這疫情中，
幫助我們放鬆身體，緩解焦躁不安的情緒。
接下來的課程豐富多元，讓我們一起跳舞，
增加愛的可能來愛自己愛身邊的人。
